Doffo Winery Shipping Policy

SHIPPING MAY BE DELAYED due to severe weather in our area, your area, or the route between. We may not ship if our/your weather is 95 degrees or higher. We may not ship if your weather or weather between us is below 35 degrees. Orders will be held until weather permits.
ALL WINES ARE SOLD IN CALIFORNIA AND TITLE PASSES TO THE BUYER IN CALIFORNIA. We make no representation as to the rights of anyone to import wine into any state outside of California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order where you want it delivered.
Orders will be processed within 3 business days and all orders are shipped on Mondays. (Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday may not ship until the 2nd Monday after placing your order)
An adult over 21 must sign for all shipments.
