Doffo Winery Return Policy

The California Alcohol Beverage Control provides that wine and alcoholic beverages can only be returned or exchanged if such wine is spoiled, deteriorated, or contaminated.
If you instruct us to ship your wine in warm weather and there is any issue with a pressurized cork or cork leakage, you assume such responsibility.
No refunds will be issued for unwanted wines or wine club orders not cancelled prior to 48 hours before processing a wine club release.
Event tickets are non-refundable.
