The Private Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon continues to be a marquee wine in our portfolio. This year we decided to pay tribute to our first Cabernet Reserve and follow the oak program used by Marcelo in 2003. This blockbuster wine was aged in a combination of New American Oak and New French Oak barrels for 23 months. Deep, dark violet tones embrace this intense wine while the aromatic profile highlights a hint of bell pepper, cherries, and ripe plum. The tannins are balanced yet deliver incredible mouth-feel with an everlasting finish. We recommend 36 to 72 months cellar aging.
